Fish is one of the types of foods low in calories. Similarly, the crab meat. The reason people choose fish as a diet is because of the high protein content in fish that are useful for a balanced diet. Of course, how to cook an important role when the purpose of dieting is to lose weight. Avoid cooking fish with a fish fry in oil that much (deep-fried). One of the best ways to cook for those who want to lose weight is by steaming.
